**1. Who we are.** This store is operated by Loh ("we", "us"), based in Portugal. Contact details are on our Contact page.

**2. Products.** We sell maternity-to-nursing apparel. Product images are indicative; minor variations in colour may occur due to screens and, for garment-dyed or artisan pieces, the production process itself — each such piece is intentionally unique.

**3. Prices and payment.** All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods displayed. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.

**4. Orders.** Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability (with a full refund).

**6. Withdrawal, returns and faulty items.** See our Refund & Return Policy. Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal; faulty items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. We do not offer exchanges or returns beyond these statutory rights.

**7. Vendor-sourced and resale items.** Some items in our store are not manufactured by us: they are sourced from third-party vendors or brands and resold by us. Such items are identified as vendor-sourced on the product page. For these items: (a) we act solely as reseller and make no warranties or representations of our own beyond the statutory legal guarantee of conformity; (b) any manufacturer's warranty, documentation, sizing or care information is provided by the original manufacturer and we are not responsible for its accuracy; and (c) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability in connection with vendor-sourced items beyond what mandatory consumer law provides. Note: nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights — under EU and Portuguese law, the legal guarantee of conformity applies to all items we sell, including vendor-sourced items, and claims under it should be addressed to us.

**8. Liability.** Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Our aggregate liability for any order is otherwise limited to the amount paid for that order.

**9. Complaints and disputes.** Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Complaints may be submitted via the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, www.livroreclamacoes.pt). In case of dispute, consumers may resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity (RAL); details available from the consumer protection authority (Direção-Geral do Consumidor).

**10. Changes.** We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
