Shipping policy

**Where we ship.** We currently ship to the European Union. Additional destinations will be added over time.

**Dispatch.** Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding Portuguese public holidays). During launches and promotions this may extend slightly — we will keep you informed.

**Delivery.** Once dispatched, typical delivery is 2–5 business days within mainland Portugal and 3–8 business days elsewhere in the EU, depending on the carrier. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

**Costs.** Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. All prices include VAT for EU customers.

**Address accuracy.** Please check your delivery address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-shipping a parcel returned to us due to an incorrect address will be charged at cost.

**Delays and lost parcels.** Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Legal ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
