At Loh, we try to source 100% cotton or recycled materials, organic baby essentials and postpartum wear to customers around the world. Because our range is stocked and made by trusted partners in different regions, your item ships from wherever it's held or produced — so a few details are worth knowing before you order.

We ship worldwide. Destinations include, among others:

Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding Portuguese public holidays). During launches and promotions this may extend slightly — we'll keep you informed. Made-to-order items include a short production window before dispatch.
Delivery times
Because Loh works with partners in different regions, each item ships from wherever it's stocked or made — our EU or US warehouses, our print-on-demand studios, or specialist suppliers. The estimate for your specific item is shown on its product page and at checkout. As a general guide (business days, after dispatch):

These are estimates and aren't guaranteed. They exclude weekends, public holidays, and any delays with carriers or customs.
Orders with multiple items
Because items may be fulfilled from different facilities, products in the same order can be produced and delivered separately — sometimes with different tracking numbers and arrival dates. You're never charged extra for this.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and the items in your cart. As a guide: European Union from ~€2–€10; UK, US & Canada ~€4–€11; rest of the world ~€9–€12.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (where available) so you can follow it to your door.
Customs, duties & taxes
For deliveries within the EU, applicable VAT is included and no extra customs charges apply. For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your local authorities — these are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and re-shipping a parcel returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged at cost.
